Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your swim journey! We are dedicated to making this experience as enjoyable for you as it is for us.

Please spend a few minutes to go through the terms and guidelines.
Consent & Acknowledgment
The Consent Form must be signed before your first lesson. The Swim Societe reserves the right to delay/reschedule the commencement of package if a signed copy of the form is not received.
Types of Lessons
Our 60 mins lessons are stroke-focused, which is recommended for children of 4 years old and above and no age limit for adults.
The 30 mins Baby/Toddler lessons are for children up to 4 years old. A parent/guardian is required to participate in the lessons if the child is 2 years old & below. The ratio of parent/guardian to child should be 1:1.
Coach Selection
If you have a preferred coach, we will be happy to assign you to them if they are available. You may request to join the waitlist otherwise.
Pool Location
Classes will be conducted at an agreed pool location. You are responsible to check if the pool is open for use or if external coaches are allowed to conduct private classes at the said venue beforehand.
Duration
Each session runs for +/- 30 minutes for Baby/Toddler Packages and +/- 60 minutes for our normal Packages.

A longer class duration can be made upon request.
Class Size
Available for 1-to-1 and groups of up to 4 pax.
Payment
A full payment should be made at least 24 hours before the first session of the package.
Please note that this is first come first served.
Your slot is not booked until full payment is made, an earlier payment is encouraged.
Fees paid are non-refundable.
Class Confirmation
A confirmation text will be sent a day before the scheduled class, and you are responsible to confirm at least 4 hours before your scheduled lesson. If no confirmation is received, it will be considered as a last minute cancellation.
Equipment
Basic equipment such as noodle/kick board are provided.
You are required to prepare a set of swimming attire and a pair of goggles for beginners, and fitted equipment for more advanced swimmers such as paddles, fins, etc. if your program requires.
Cancellations
Emergency/Illness:
At least 2 hours of notice before lesson to avoid forfeiting class.
Class will be forfeited upon last minute cancellation.
Rain:
30-60 mins notice before lesson.
*If it rains during, 10-15 mins of dry land drills will be conducted to complete the class.

Late Arrival:
Late > 10 mins: Class finishes as scheduled
*If your coach is running late > 10 mins,
you can choose to cancel and your package
will automatically be extended.

Pool Closure/Maintenance:
At least 24 hours notice prior to lesson to avoid forfeiting class.
No show:
Class will be forfeited.

Extension
Illness:
Feeling under the weather? Fret not, we will extend your package upon cancellation in the case of Illness for 1 week given a Medical Certificate is presented.

Rain:
Your package will auto-extend for 1 week upon cancellation for Rain.

Time Away:
Let us know early so we can make arrangements to help you complete your package and avoid forfeiting any class.
This is subject to your coach's availability. ​​

Further extension is available for a charge of RM50/extra week.
Rescheduling
You are encouraged to reschedule for the cancelled class on another day of the same week or within the period before your package expiry date to avoid package expiry or the need for package extension .

Package Expiry
The expiry of your package is stated in the 'The Swim Societe Packages' file shared to you through WhatsApp.
Your package commences from the first scheduled lesson and expires at the end of the validity period.
The company/coach is not responsible to remind you of the expiration of your package. Please complete your lessons before package expiry to avoid the need for package extension.
Lesson Tracking
Upon request, a snapshot of your lesson package can be shared to you when you finish the package or when the package expires as proof of completion.
The company/coach is not responsible to remind you of the expiration of your package.
Multiple Packages
You are allowed to purchase and hold up to 2 packages at one time. To purchase more packages, you can only do so after the expiry/completion of your current package.

You are not allowed to purchase or hold more than 1 promotional package at a time.
Package Transfer
All packages are non-transferrable, however, they may be upgraded or extended.
